1. Returns and Refunds
Our refund policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Eligibility for Return
In order to be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria: – It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. – It must be in its original packaging. – All original manufacturer stickers and seals must be intact. – Proof of purchase must be provided.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day period. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with the return shipping address. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Your refund will be issued in Crypto for the Euro value of your purchase. Your refund will be converted from Euro to Bitcoin based on the current exchange rate once your return is received and inspected. Please contact our support team via e-mail in order to discuss a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product.
Then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to the blockchain address that was used for purchasing.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first re-scan the blockchain and check your wallet again.
If you have completed all of this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us via email.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.
Shipping for returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
